Recipe:

  1. Add chopped onions along with green chili in a pan. Fry onions till they turn golden.
  2. Also, chop garlic and ginger and make a paste of them. Add ginger and garlic only when onions become golden. Also add chicken to it.
  3. Now add yogurt in it along with condiments, dry coriander, tomato paste and salt in the cooking mixture of garlic and onion.
  4. Cook the whole mixture until the chicken absorbs all the flavors. So, cook it on low flame.
  5. Now cook the whole mixture and add some water.
  6. Also, you can add water to make some gravy.
  7. Cover and cook it till the chicken becomes soft and tender. Make sure the flame is low. The high flame will not have a good effect on the curry.
  8. Continuously check out the consistency of the curry. When the desired consistency appears, then remove it from the flame.
  9. Add coriander leaves to it. Also, sprinkle ginger on it to serve.
  10. Yummy and tasty curry are ready. Serve it with roti, rice, or chapatti. The combination is great when there is a salad with chicken curry.
