  • Eggs (4)
  • Oil (3 tablespoons)

  • Onions-chopped (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Garlic-chopped (1 tablespoon)
  • Black pepper powder (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Salt (as required)
  • Cream (3 tablespoons)
  • Hot water (1/2 tablespoon)
  • Oil for an omelette (2 tablespoons)

Recipe

  • Heat oil and butter in a griddle. Moreover, put in the onions and stir for a minute.
  • Add garlic, stir for three to four minutes till the onions turn pellucid (translucent) and its sides become slightly brown.
  • Make slices of mushrooms, add them into the griddle and wait till they become brown. This process needs a time interval of a maximum of 4-5 minutes.
  • After the mushrooms are cooked, pour black pepper and salt on them according to need.
  • Do not remove the creamy mushroom omelette recipe from flame now. Pour cream and add a little water. Also, water will make your creamy mushroom slightly chunky and thick. Remove it from the stove now.
  • Break four eggs in a bowl, pour salt and black pepper. Also, mix it well.
